Technical Ownership & Architecture

• Own the design and architecture of web applications and business software; choose the right technologies and

approach for each project.

• Build scalable, secure and high-performance solutions using JavaScript, the latest JS technologies and .NET.

• Review code, set coding standards and maintain quality across projects.

CRM & HRMS Development

• Lead the development, customization and improvement of CRM and HRMS software, from requirements to

deployment.

• Turn business needs into clear technical plans, estimates and timelines.

API Integration & Automation

• Design and manage complex third-party API integrations and data flows between systems.

• Build automation that reduces manual work and supports business operations.

E-commerce, WordPress & Landing Pages

• Lead the build and customisation of e-commerce websites and Shopify stores.

• Handle advanced WordPress development and custom coding (themes, plugins and features).

• Deliver fast, responsive, conversion-focused landing pages for marketing campaigns.

AI-Based Software & Tools

• Research, build and integrate AI-based software and tools into our products and services.

• Introduce AI tools into the development workflow to increase speed and quality.

Coordination with Business Head

• Coordinate directly with the Business Head on requirements, priorities, timelines and technical decisions.

• Share regular progress updates, flag risks early and deliver projects as per business needs.

Mentoring & Collaboration

• Guide and support junior developers and share best practices.

• Work closely with design, marketing and other teams; document systems and solutions clearly.

Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year
