Software Developer - Backend Technologies

At Singularium, we specialize in developing enterprise workflow applications using our proprietary platform, StepZero. Our platform is primarily built with Django (Python), MySQL, and JavaScript. As a backend developer at Singularium, you will be required to have a proficient understanding of Python and JavaScript to build backend workflows on our platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders within the team and clients to create end-to-end workflows for their enterprise processes. Our workflows have been implemented in some of the leading organizations in India, transforming their existing processes to enhance cost-effectiveness, scalability, reliability, and turnaround time. This position is based on working from the office, and remote work options are not available. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the enterprise process requirements of clients such as invoice processing, catalogue building, and vendor onboarding. - Designing efficient workflows that utilize text and image processing capabilities, as well as testing and selecting appropriate AI models. - Developing, testing, and deploying workflows on the StepZero platform. - Identifying and resolving performance issues in workflows during User Aided Testing on the client's end. - Enhancing cost efficiencies of cloud services and AI models by selecting and optimizing cost-effective solutions. - Ensuring the uptime, reliability, and scalability of servers and databases. Our ideal candidate profile includes: - Graduates from IITs or NITs are preferred. - Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript. - Solution-oriented individuals with strong analytical thinking, reasoning, and logic skills. - Experience with Django, Selenium/Playwright, Docker, and MySQL would be advantageous. - Some familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and AI tools like GPT or Claude.
