For starting carrier is good, but no growth. When I am resigning company TL (Mrs. Sudha) harass me, but maneger and other TL are supported. Salary is on time and good management. No growth company for employees. No leaves and must work on Saturday.

Management is wrost and the appraisal policy is being manipulated by the managers and the users are suffering. I would suggest please not join this company. If you want a better future. They demand quality from your end and when it comes to salary and appraisal show their true cheap colours and your years are wasted.
