Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Noida, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Sales Specialist will primarily focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting the company's products and services, and building strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing product training to clients. The role also involves collaborating with the sales management team to achieve revenue goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets. Experience in Training clients on product use and offering ongoing support as required. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Knowledge of automation and digital transformation industries is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
