Job Title: B2B Export Sales Executive Experience: 3-10 years Job Type: Full-Time Location: Coimbatore Job Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced B2B Export Sales Executive to manage international sales, build strong overseas customer relationships, and expand global market reach. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in export sales, documentation, international client handling, and market development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify, approach, and onboard international B2B clients and distributors. Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation in coordination with logistics and documentation teams. Manage client communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures. Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and emerging markets. Coordinate with production, accounts, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order processing. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export policies, and documentation norms. Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual meetings with overseas clients. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and performance dashboards. Build long-term trusted relationships with clients to ensure recurring business. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / International Business / Marketing or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Export Sales . Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, payment terms (TT, LC), and international documentation. Experience in negotiating with overseas clients and closing B2B deals. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel internationally when required. Preferred Qualities: Experience in working with DGFT, Customs, Freight Forwarders, CHA, Shipping Lines, etc. Knowledge of export incentives and government schemes.
