Must have experience in Government E-marketplace (IT Sector), Driving sales and business opportunities through Government bids and tenders through the GeM/E-procurement Portal. Responsibilities and duties: Uploading New Product/Catalogue on Gem Portal. Creating L1 Comparison for Direct Purchasing. Participating in Bids like Bunch Bid, BID R/A, custom Bid, Product & Service Bid & BOQ Bid. Prepare Documents for E-Tendering & Gem Portal. Studying Tender Documents, Qualification Criteria & the Scope of work. Prepare Technical & Financial Bids in Assistance with seniors. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents concerning tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-tendering on portals Prepare All Tender Documents in the specific formats related to the Bid and submit the documents within stipulated time limits. Update project Execution daily & report to the Reporting Manager Time Management skills & the Ability to deliver to deadlines. Coordinate, Prepare and compile Bid submission documents concerning Tendering/B-adding Activities, Tender Questionnaires and Pre-Qualifications. Prepare the submitted Bid list and update the Qualified and disqualified Prepare EMD/BG Details. Expertise in Gem & e-procurement portals.
