1. Role and Responsibilities: Primarily includes the following: Filing RTIs with various state and central institutions Preparing reports and drafting RTI materials Involving management, faculties, students, and others in the overall initiative as volunteers. Assisting in office works Managing in social media campaigns Arranging webinars and facilitating awareness and fundraising campaigns Enrolling volunteers for the nationwide movement Supporting fundraising initiatives, donor communications, and proposal writing Volunteer management Etc. 2. Area of Work: West Bengal (may be required to visit institutions anywhere in WB). Email, phone, and postal communications may need to be done with different parts of the country (expenses to be borne by SAVE). 3. Qualification Required: Graduation from any recognized university (other qualifications/diplomas may be considered for exceptionally efficient candidates). Freshers may apply. Basic understanding of the RTI Act The applicant should possess a personal computer and internet connection. Desirable: Minimum 1–2 years' experience in the social development sector. Fair knowledge of filing Income Tax Forms and Returns. Knowledge and/or Experience in the legal field will be an added advantage. Experience in fundraising and donor engagement will also be an added advantage. 4. Languages and Skills: A. English: Read and Write and Speak – Very Good; Bengali & Hindi: Speak and Understand Well Excellent communication and networking skills Good report writing skills Proficiency in MS Office Working knowledge of social networking platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), Gmail, and basic blogging Honest, hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn 5. Compensation / Honorarium: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month Additional incentives may be considered for exceptional performance, at the sole discretion of the organization.
