We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social/Digital Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and support our mission. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with PACT Foundation's mission and goals, focusing on increasing awareness and engagement. Content Creation: Produce compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and press releases, to effectively communicate our initiatives and impact. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging reels, posts, monitoring interactions, and analysing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Event Promotion: Design, promote and deliver workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs, ensuring maximum participation and visibility. Market Research: Conduct research to understand audience preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the non-profit sector. Skills: Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Digital Proficiency: Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems. Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and content that resonate with diverse audiences. Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform decisions.
