Why we’re hiring:

We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone to plan, create and manage our content and campaigns day to day. You’ll work directly with the founder, with regular check-ins and reporting, and real ownership of the work you do.

What you’ll do:

• Plan. Build the monthly content calendar and break it down into weekly posts.

• Create. Write simple shoot briefs for our trainers, then edit their footage into Reels, carousels and statics. Write captions in the Kachi Mitti voice and schedule posts in advance.

• Run ads. Set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and on OpenAI’s Ads Manager (ChatGPT Ads – It’s okay of you don’t know this, we’ll learn together).

• Report. Put together post-campaign reports and keep the founder updated on performance through regular reporting.

• Talk to our community. Reply to DMs and queries about batches, timings and free trials, and guide interested people towards a call with us.

Everything happens under the direct supervision of the founder, with regular reporting and feedback along the way.

What we’re looking for:

You’re an intern, not a marketing head, and we don’t expect you to know everything. We’re looking for a strong base in three things:

• Meta Ads Manager: you’ve set up and run campaigns, and you’re genuinely interested in performance marketing.

• Content creation: you can edit short-form video and design in Canva (or your tool of choice).

• Content planning: you can think in calendars, not just one-off posts.

A student or recent graduate in mass communication, digital marketing or a related field is ideal. Mumbai-based is a big plus, so we can meet and work together in person from time to time. Never used OpenAI’s Ads Manager? That’s completely fine. You can learn it on the job, and so will we.

What you’ll learn:

• Running performance campaigns with real budgets, from setup to reporting.

• Advertising on ChatGPT, one of the newest ad platforms in India.

• How a young brand plans, creates and grows its content, up close and from the very beginning.

• How to work with trainers and creators to turn ideas into content.

And it goes both ways. You’ll bring fresh ideas and new ways of doing things, and we’re excited to learn from you too.

How we work:

It’s a chill, fun working environment where we believe in growing together. Work is deadline-based, not hours-based: as long as the work is delivered on time, you choose how you plan your week.

What you get:

• Stipend: ₹5,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience.

• Flexibility: hybrid (mostly remote), 3–5 days a week, deadline-based.

• Free Kachi Mitti yoga membership through your internship.

• Referral incentive: a paid bonus for every person you refer who becomes a member.

• Mentorship: direct guidance from the founder, and a portfolio of real campaigns and content.
