Social Media Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative, energetic and digitally savvy Social Media Marketing Intern to support its social media presence, digital communication and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, enjoy creating content, communicate effectively and be eager to learn how digital marketing contributes to business growth. This is a three-month, hands-on internship designed to provide practical exposure to content creation, social media management, campaign execution and digital performance analysis. High-performing candidates may be considered for a full-time position with an annual CTC of ₹3,00,000, subject to the Company's assessment and approval.

2. Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management

• Manage and support content publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar.
• Ensure consistent posting, brand presentation and timely execution.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity and relevant conversations to identify content opportunities.

B. Content Creation and Digital Storytelling

• Create engaging social media posts, captions, carousels, short videos, reels and campaign creatives.
• Support the development of brand communication, campaign ideas and audience-focused content.
• Use Canva and other suitable tools to create professional-quality digital assets.
• Repurpose content across platforms while adapting it to each platform's audience and format.
• Explore AI-enabled tools for content ideation, research, drafting and creative productivity.

C. Audience Engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience interactions.
• Support timely and professional responses in line with the Company's communication guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and audience growth.
• Help maintain a consistent and credible digital brand presence.

D. Campaign Execution and Performance Tracking

• Assist in planning and executing organic social media campaigns.
• Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks and content performance.
• Prepare basic social media performance reports.
• Identify high-performing content and suggest improvements based on data and audience response.
• Support paid digital campaigns when required and under appropriate guidance.

E. Coordination and Reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and develop relevant content.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality before publishing.
• Maintain an organised repository of content, creatives and campaign reports.
• Share regular progress updates and complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines.

3. Eligibility and Desired Skills

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Graduate or pursuing a qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Creativity, attention to detail and an understanding of visual presentation.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, reels, carousels and other social media formats.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Willingness to learn content planning, analytics and digital marketing funnel

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
