Social Media Marketing Intern at Pune

Texas Imaging & Labs is a diagnostic healthcare center in Pune providing medical imaging and laboratory services, including CT scans, ultrasound, X-rays, and pathology testing.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our in-house marketing team. This is a paid, full-time internship for candidates interested in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation, particularly in the healthcare sector.

The selected candidate will contribute to the organization's digital presence by creating engaging content, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping communicate healthcare awareness information to the public.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Design social media posts, stories, reels, and healthcare awareness creatives.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement, social media trends, and campaign performance.
• Track social media metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team for content planning and execution.
• Support online and offline promotional activities.
• Develop creative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Ensure social media content is accurate, professional, and aligned with the organization's communication guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Interest in social media marketing and digital content creation.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools for reels and short-form videos.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics is preferred.
• Candidates pursuing or holding a degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field are preferred.
• Previous internship, freelance, or academic project experience in digital marketing is an advantage.

Internship Details

This is a six-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.

The internship provides practical experience in social media management, healthcare content creation, digital campaigns, and brand communication.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, creativity, consistency, and teamwork may be considered for a permanent full-time position after successful completion of the internship, subject to business requirements.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
