Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Help in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns (if applicable). Support in creating visual content using basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall campaigns. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Passion for social media and digital marketing. Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective audiences. Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset and attention to detail.
