Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Dehradun. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing various social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for social media trends. Qualifications Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication skills and Writing abilities Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategies Excellent analytical skills to assess social media performance Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred Knowledge of SEO and Whatsapp marketing This is not a “post and ghost” role—we’re looking for someone who understands the why behind the metrics, stays ahead of trends, and knows how to engage communities meaningfully.
