Social Media Manager – Creative, Content & Strategy

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company's digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's branding and business objectives.
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media pages.
• Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules.
• Create engaging content ideas for reels, videos, carousels, posts, stories, and corporate updates.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and internal teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Develop content strategies for real estate branding, project promotions, corporate branding, and lead generation.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, and campaign content.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and leads; prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and creative marketing techniques.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, content strategy, and digital marketing.
• Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and content-planning skills.
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, and digital branding.
• Experience in real estate, property marketing, or agency-side marketing will be an advantage.
• A portfolio of previously managed social media pages and campaigns is preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
