Key Responsibilities Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Create and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Develop captions, scripts, and social media copy Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports Apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies Collaborate with the content and design teams Stay updated with current social media trends and viral content Skills Required Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.) Social Media Optimization (SMO) Basic YouTube SEO Strong understanding of Instagram trends Content planning and strategy Good communication and writing skills Qualifications 0–1 year of relevant experience Certification in digital marketing or social media (preferred, not mandatory) Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred) Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida Sector 2 Perks Learn with a passionate digital team Real-time client projects and campaigns Opportunity to grow in a creative environment Location: Noida Sector 2 (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (Based on skills & interview) Apply Now and build your career with BigVisual Design LLP!
