The ideal candidate should be interested in social media marketing, content creation, digital branding, and online audience engagement. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing and social media management. Key Responsibilities - Manage and update company social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. - Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional content. - Design basic social media creatives using Canva or similar tools. - Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas to increase reach and engagement. - Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns. - Monitor social media performance, including views, reach, likes, comments, and leads. - Respond to comments and messages professionally. - Support lead generation activities through social media campaigns. - Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely posting. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies. Required Skills - Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. - Good written communication skills. - Creativity and an interest in content creation. - Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools is preferred. - Knowledge of hashtags, reels, and social media trends. - Willingness to learn digital marketing and social media analytics. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Eligibility Criteria - Students, freshers, and candidates interested in social media marketing can apply. - Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field are welcome. - Previous experience is not mandatory. - A creative mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
