Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop creative ideas for reels, short videos, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Present and promote the company’s brand, services, and initiatives through engaging content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
• Participate in video shoots, promotional activities, and brand campaigns.
• Monitor content performance, audience engagement, reach, and growth.
• Maintain consistency in content quality, brand voice, and posting schedules.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in front of the camera and an engaging personality.
• Creativity and a genuine interest in social media content creation.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Ability to develop fresh content ideas and work collaboratively with a team.
• Previous experience in content creation, influencing, or social media management is an advantage.
• A portfolio, social media profile, or sample videos would be preferred.
