About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Executive (Social Media Marketing) to plan, create and grow Instagram and social media presence for our D2C clients. You will own content calendars, Reels ideas, trends and community growth, working closely with designers, video editors and influencer creators.

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars for multiple D2C brands.
• Ideate Reels, carousels, stories and trend-based content that drives reach and engagement.
• Write captions and hooks and coordinate shoots, designs and edits with the creative team.
• Manage posting, community engagement, DMs and comments across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Coordinate UGC and influencer content with the influencer team.
• Track analytics (reach, engagement, followers) and share monthly reports and insights.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (agency or D2C brand preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels trends, algorithms and content formats.
• Creative thinker with good writing and basic Canva/CapCut skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple brands and deadlines.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.

Work Location

In-office role at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.
