We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media & Website Maintenance Executive to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms and website, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the company’s goals. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities - Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Schedule and post content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions) and generate monthly reports. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies. Website Maintenance: Regularly update website content, including banners, blogs, product pages, and announcements. Ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and speed. Perform routine checks for broken links, errors, and outdated information. Work with the design and development teams to implement updates or redesigns as needed. Optimize website SEO to improve organic search rankings and traffic. Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with external IT support if necessary. General Duties: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align digital strategies with company objectives. Monitor competitors’ social media and website activities to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertisements. Manage budgets for social media ads and other digital tools. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and maintaining websites. Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and social media tools. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Attributes: A team player with excellent collaboration skills. Passionate about digital trends and emerging technologies. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
