Stature Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and skilled Photo & Video Editor to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation. You will work on real estate marketing campaigns and create engaging visual content for social media, advertisements, property promotions, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Design attractive social media posts, banners, brochures, advertisements, and marketing creatives.
• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, promotional videos, and property walkthroughs.
• Create engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered design tools.
• Develop creative concepts for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Add transitions, animations, text, music, sound effects, and visual effects to improve video quality.
• Resize and optimize creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to complete projects within deadlines.
• Manage multiple design and editing assignments effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and video-editing techniques.

Requirements: -

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience with Canva, Cap Cut, or other editing tools.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video-editing work.

Preferred Skills: -

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, and similar platforms.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Knowledge of branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
• Experience in real estate content creation will be an added advantage.
