Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Advertising.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, and analysing campaign performance.

The candidate must also be confident appearing on camera, creating video content, and representing the company across social media platforms.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimisation

• Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Conduct competitor analysis and website SEO audits.
• Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

Social Media Management & Content Creation

• Manage company social media accounts and develop content calendars.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, reels, and stories.
• Manage audience engagement and social media activities.
• Participate in creating promotional videos, reels, and other video content.
• Act as an on-camera presenter and represent the company as the face of its social media presence.
• Participate in influencer-style marketing activities, brand promotions, and video campaigns.

Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor advertising performance and optimise campaigns for better results.
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversions.

General Responsibilities

• Coordinate with content and design teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required Skills

• Good practical knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Experience in social media management, content planning, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – Mandatory.
• Must be comfortable appearing in front of the camera and speaking confidently.
• Good presentation skills and an interest in video content creation and influencer marketing.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience & Education

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Practical experience in SEO, social media, and paid advertising is preferred.
• Minimum education: Graduate (preferred).

Work Location: In person, Kodigehalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
