Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate

Travelwise Tours is looking for a creative, results-driven professional with travel knowledge and digital marketing skills to grow our online presence and promote our experiential holidays.

You should be able to turn destinations, local culture, food and travel stories into engaging content that generates enquiries and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Travelwise Tours’ Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
• Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with our tours and campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, videos, posts, stories and promotional content.
• Write compelling captions and SEO-friendly website content.
• Manage social media advertising and support lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and social media insights.
• Coordinate with our travel team to communicate itineraries, destination highlights and offers accurately.
• Track results and improve campaigns to help achieve tour booking and group participation targets.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge of travel destinations and the tourism industry.
• Experience in social media management, content creation and video editing.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar software.
• Strong written English, storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach, with an understanding of how marketing contributes to enquiries and bookings.
• Previous experience with a travel or hospitality brand is an advantage.

Performance-linked travel opportunities

There may be opportunities to travel with our groups when your marketing efforts help us exceed agreed booking or group participation targets. These opportunities will depend on campaign results, tour requirements and management approval. During such trips, you may also support content capture and social media coverage.
