Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars for YouTube channels and social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and X)
• Research trending topics, audience behaviour, competitors and niche-specific content opportunities
• Write scripts, video ideas, titles, descriptions, captions and hooks that improve click-through rate and retention
• Create engaging content for short-form formats (Shorts, Reels) and long-form videos
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and community engagement (comments, DMs, replies)
• Work closely with video editors and graphic designers to brief thumbnails, edits and creatives
• Track performance using analytics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement, follower growth) and prepare regular reports
• Optimise content using SEO, hashtags and platform best practices
• Coordinate with clients, understand their brand voice and incorporate feedback
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and social media trends

Eligibility / Skills Required

• [02] years of experience in content creation, social media management or content strategy (freshers with strong portfolios welcome)
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong creative writing skills
• Good understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms and analytics
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Premeir Pro or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle feedback and work in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate in any stream (Mass Communication, Marketing or Journalism preferred)
