We are looking for a creative, experienced, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media platforms, create visually appealing jewelry content, and help grow our brand's online presence.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, photography, video editing, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Strategy

• Independently manage the brand's Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube accounts.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
• Plan and maintain a structured monthly content calendar.
• Ensure consistent posting and maintain a cohesive brand identity across platforms.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

2. Content Creation & Video Production

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and other social media content.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of jewelry products for social media.
• Create visually appealing posts, stories, carousels, and promotional content.
• Develop creative content ideas that showcase jewelry designs, product details, and brand aesthetics.
• Write engaging captions, relevant hashtags, and compelling social media copy.
• Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered content creation tools to improve content quality and efficiency.

3. Social Media Growth & Engagement

• Implement organic growth strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain an engaged online community.
• Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

• Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers and content creators.
• Manage influencer collaborations, content requirements, and posting schedules.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creative agencies when required.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor key social media metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Continuously optimize content strategies based on analytics and audience behavior.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Strong skills in Reels creation, video shooting, photography, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content editing applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation, captions, and creative planning.
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies.
• Good written communication and creative copywriting skills.
• Ability to independently plan, create, execute, and manage social media content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with jewelry, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
• Understanding of jewelry product photography and luxury product presentation.
• Experience coordinating influencer marketing campaigns.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful social media content, Reels, and account growth.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just a social media coordinator but a hands-on creative professional who can independently manage the brand's social media presence.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling everything from content planning and jewelry shoots to editing, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.

Creativity, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality visual content are essential for this role.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office (No Remote or Hybrid Option)

Candidates must be comfortable commuting to our Charni Road office daily.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
