About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Social Media & Content Intern to assist with day-to-day video shoots and content coordination.

In this role, the high-level strategy, concepts, and full scripts will be handed over to you directly by the marketing team. Your primary focus is smooth execution: helping record clean visual shots, assisting on shoot days, occasionally stepping in on camera when needed, and organizing raw media files for post-production.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot & Visual Support: Record aesthetic, well-framed video clips and B-roll using smartphones or cameras, ensuring proper natural lighting and clear audio.
• Shoot Coordination: Help organize shoot-day logistics—scouting spots, arranging basic props, and keeping equipment ready.
• On-Camera Support: Step in front of the camera when required for short clips, walk-throughs, or simple interactions based on provided scripts.
• Media Management: Back up, label, and organize all raw video and audio files post-shoot to ensure a seamless handoff to the editing team.
• Trend Inputs: Keep an eye on trending social media formats, audio, and hooks to share quick inputs during content planning.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Comfortable on Camera: Relaxed and natural when needed on screen, without feeling hesitant or awkward.
• Good Visual Sense: Enjoys framing clean vertical (9:16) video clips and capturing smooth B-roll.
• Social Media Native: Actively consumes Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts and understands what works in short-form content.
• Proactive & Organized: Reliable, punctual on shoot days, and eager to learn the operational side of content marketing.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
