About Alter Ego

Alter Ego is a contemporary dining destination inspired by the food, culture, and hospitality of Mumbai, London, and New York. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on marketing professional to manage our social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

About the Role

This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for managing the entire social media and marketing function for Alter Ego. You must be capable of independently planning, creating, executing, and evaluating marketing activities without constant supervision.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, brings ideas to the table, and takes complete responsibility for turning them into results. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or the F&B industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Alter Ego's social media accounts, primarily Instagram.
• Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
• Create content around food, beverages, chefs, ambience, events, and the overall dining experience.
• Manage social media publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, restaurant visits, and brand partnerships.
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and restaurant footfall.
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and new content formats.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and management to execute marketing initiatives.
• Track results and continuously improve content and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media accounts independently.
• Strong photography, videography, and video-editing skills.
• Proficiency in Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and video-editing tools.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing analytics.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and organisational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is essential.

Hospitality or F&B experience is strongly preferred.
