About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Social Media Manager who can manage social media accounts, create engaging content, shoot basic reels, and handle basic video editing for both the company and its clients. The role involves planning and publishing content, maintaining consistent social media activity, and visiting client sites approximately 2–3 times per month to capture property-related content and promotional videos.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have a creative approach to content creation, and be comfortable managing the complete process from shooting and editing to posting and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain content calendars for the company's social media accounts and assigned client accounts.
• Visit client sites approximately 2–3 times per month to shoot basic reels, property videos, and promotional content.
• Shoot engaging reels, behind-the-scenes videos, office activities, team events, and other content for the company's social media platforms.
• Perform basic video editing, including trimming, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, music, and formatting for social media.
• Create, schedule, and publish reels, posts, stories, and other content consistently across relevant platforms.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with the brand's objectives.
• Research trending reels, audio, content formats, and creative ideas relevant to the real estate and digital marketing industry.
• Maintain brand consistency, content quality, and regular activity across all managed accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, video editors, and content writers, to ensure timely content delivery and publishing.
• Monitor social media performance, including reach, views, engagement, and follower growth, and suggest improvements.
• Explore AI-powered tools to support content ideation, caption writing, editing workflows, and social media planning.

Requirements:

• Basic to good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to shoot reels and short-form videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar applications.
• Understanding of social media trends, reels formats, content strategies, and audience engagement.
• Good caption-writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for occasional content shoots.
• Familiarity with Canva, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Interest in AI tools and their practical application in content creation and social media management.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
