Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 5 - 6 Years

Role Overview We are looking for a smart, creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive Expert who can independently handle social media strategy, content, management and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute Social Media Strategies and monthly content calendars.

● Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.

● Plan content ideas, campaigns, reels, posts and stories.

● Write engaging captions, copies, hooks and CTAs.

● Plan and manage Paid Ads and optimize campaigns.

● Track social media performance, analytics and KPIs.

● Prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights.

● Monitor trends, competitors and new social media features.

● Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members.

● Manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of Social Media Strategy & Management

● Practical knowledge of AI tools

● Good Content Writing & Copywriting skills

● Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads

● Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

● Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X & YouTube

● Understanding of SEO and digital marketing

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Ability to think creatively and strategically

● Strong proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
