Role: SOC Analyst - L1

SOC Analyst L1

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security events and configure alerts using

  Splunk

  .
• Perform initial alert triage and identify suspicious activities.
• Gather and document security evidence, logs, and artifacts.
• Handle incident tickets and escalate complex alerts to L2/L3.
• Support day-to-day security platform operations.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and follow SOC procedures.
• Work in rotational shifts.

Must-Have Skills:

• Splunk Power User skills

  and relevant user certifications.
• Knowledge of SIEM platforms and security event monitoring.
• Alert configuration, monitoring, and initial incident triage.
• Security incident documentation and evidence gathering.
• Incident ticket management and escalation procedures.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
