I was looking for 3bhk, this project price was approximately 1.75cr but I could stretch only upto 1.5cr but I think no negotiation

Prices are way high and there should be atleast one multipurpose court. i dont think they have any multipurpose court or lawn tennis court.

It's badly designed. Plus the sq feet rate is way too high. Rohan upvan next to it is rightly priced and has a lot of open green space.
