Assess student performance: Grade assignments, exams, and other assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress. Provide academic and career counseling: Offer guidance to students on course choices, academic requirements, and future career paths. Research and Scholarship: Conduct original research: Engage in legal research and scholarship, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in their field. Publish research findings: Present research papers at conferences and publish in reputable legal journals. Mentor and supervise graduate students: Guide and support the research of graduate students, helping them develop their own scholarly work. Qualifications: Education: LLM with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade) is a foundational requirement. Clearing the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for Law is generally required unless you have a Ph.D. Publications: Publications, such as research papers or books, can be advantageous and demonstrate expertise in the field.
