Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Aurangabad for a Mechanical BIM Modeler. The selected candidate will support the development of detailed mechanical designs and 3D BIM models, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve conflicts, and prepare technical drawings and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing BIM workflows, analyzing mechanical designs, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines and quality standards. Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders is essential. Qualifications Experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling in Revit, including creating 3D models and performing clash detection. Proficiency in 2D CAD and technical drafting software, with the ability to generate accurate and effective drawings. Knowledge of MEPF systems, mechanical design processes, and standards in construction and engineering. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data security. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
