We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding the market presence of our luxury sleep products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with high-end clientele, and driving revenue growth within the premium mattress segment. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy Development: o Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate untapped markets and strengthen existing market presence. o Align sales objectives with the company's overall growth strategy. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: o Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including high-end retailers, interior designers, and hospitality businesses. o Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Additional Requirements Own Vehicle: The candidate must have access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel. A valid drivers license and up-to-date vehicle insurance are required. • Own Laptop: The candidate is required to have a personal laptop with suitable specifications to meet the job's technical needs.
