Delay in installation. Sales ppl are not trustworthy. Also customer should check & verify parts against booking order during lift installation, can't completely rely on them.

Job number 0773 Service is nice as per the requests and if we face any issues against the lift, service person is responding immediately along with the better resolution. Servicemen Mr. Raju and Ganesh are responding.

We have Sneha Elevator installed and have been using serives of Mr. Raza for maintenance. He regularly visits the elevator for maintenance and checks and solves any problem we face with the lift immediately. He reaches us quickly when needed.

Sneha Service is good and response is prompt. Does regular check and keep us updated. Shadab is service engineer normally assigned to us and comes and check on regular basis.
