This is more of a review on their courier services. I had to receive a package, however at the end of the day, they just sent a text saying that the delivery person is not able to contact you, which they haven’t. So, I had to go their office and collect. It happened twice.

Package delivered to different address and delivery boy blocked my number, ignored my calls and refuses to deliver my order and updated as I received the order, opened the package and refused to take it.

Recently I received a package and out of 8 packets 2 were missing. Package had sharp cut at the bottom and removed 2 pacts, I raised a complaint and customer service guy told me that its not his responsibility to give reason, return or replace.
