Today ,I interact with your courier guy and he speek like that he is a company owner. I said I want to open my parcel and check it ,is there my stuff is or not .he rudlly say that you don't do it infornt of me or if you want to do it,i don't give you your parcel ,you can leave it.

I had ordered for two curtains ,I got only one ,no reply from the customer care ,they dont answer the call , very bad service ,how can we complain if there is no proper phone number ,I will not order anything from Snapdeal ,I got one curtain instead of 2 for 900.

Snap deal company is cheater don't purchase any thing from it snap deal delivered me printer i.e. Ricoh sp 111 which had functional issue after receiving it i checked it in 30 minutes and immediately applied for return as per return policy …

Do not ever order through snapdeal if you want that product in emergency coz they never delivery the product on time. I order a frock for my younger sister for her bday party but still i have not received the parcel and her bday is tomorrow

very sad no number we can get in touch with for any query. placed 2 orders on 17th october no response. Never placed this problem with Flipkart or Amazon. feel cheated.
