Role & responsibilities : A highly reputed manufacturing company-FMCG in Karnataka is looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager / Sales Officers/ Sr. Sales Officers/ ASM/RSM. Immediate joining. Job Responsibilities "Marketing" Create marketing strategies to drive the adoption of the product category In charge of Advertisement and Media - devising the social media strategy and crafting content for brand pages in social media, Focus markets : South India, E-Commerce market Plan BTL & ATL activities within Karnataka Events , RWA activities , Retail Store promoters , Will be responsible for the Brand Responsible for roll out and execution of BTL activities in Karnataka Manage external agencies and suppliers with the company on ongoing projects and campaigns with measurable KPIs and results. Visiting market and identifying key challenges and gaps to find effective solutions within the scope of marketing. Manage and track marketing spend and budgets closely on a year-to-year basis, Analyse performance of each new product launch, promotional/ co-branded program and derive learnings from it, in collaboration with Sales teams Preferred candidate profile : Have proper understanding of target markets, channels, consumer behaviors, trends, within each market to plan and implement suitable programmes in each respective channels to drive sales. Good communication skills. Minimum 3 years experience in marketing/sales/ within FMCG Proven experience as Marketing Manager or similar role Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy Job Responsibilities "Sales": Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities, bring new Distributors Spearheading the sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals Build up a strong understanding of Messaging both from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective Work with new and existing clients to drive business and revenue through product enhancement and product marketing Build excellent relationships with customers Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer satisfaction. Exhibited strong negotiation skills when dealing with challenging customers and facilitated smooth commercial processes in alignment with organizational expectations. Preferred candidate profile : Experience 3 to 5 years' experience Successful track record in New and achieving sales targets. Ability to present and sell with ease. Equally formidable creative, quantitative, and analytical skills. Experience with technology and business development. Target orientation. Personal Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships. Must be confident and assertive. Good collaboration skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
