SMTS Memory (DDR) Enablement Lead

As a Memory (DDR) Enablement Lead at AMD, your role is crucial in driving and improving AMD's ability to deliver high-quality, industry-leading technologies to the market. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing functional validation plans, driving post-silicon debug, and automating test cases. Key Responsibilities: - Develop functional validation plans for DDR controller features and align cross-functional teams on support and validation plans. - Create validation plans for RAS features and collaborate with BIOS/firmware teams. - Lead post-silicon debug efforts, identify root causes, and guide the team towards corrective actions. - Develop Python scripts for automating test cases and debug scripts. Preferred Experience: - Possess 10+ years of relevant experience. - Solid understanding of basic electronics and DDR4/5, LPDDR4/5 functionalities. - Experience in functional and margining testing in DDR or other HSIOs. - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and drive tasks to completion. - Hands-on experience with JTAG, I2C, oscilloscopes, logical analyzers, and other lab tools. - Familiarity with x86 processors validation is a plus. Academic Credentials: - Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical or computer engineering.
