Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an On-Ground Operations Executive – Dental Camps based in Worli. The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating dental camps, ensuring smooth on-ground operations, providing excellent customer service to patients, communicating effectively with team members and partner doctors, and providing training as needed. Additionally, the role may involve some sales activities to promote Smilebird's services. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Training and Aviation Proficiency in Sales techniques Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently on-site Prior experience in healthcare or dental operations is a plus
