Coffee machine always broken Limited and reserved parking by partiality by watchman. Never bring your vehicle to this place if you don't get parking inside this premises, nearest safe BMC parking is 2km away

Very rude entry gate staff. Especially one Mr Mharve. He talks very rudely. Even after multiple tickets raised with the SmartWorks team, the issue persists. One should reconsider taking any space here. It just impacts your employees and also the overall morale while starting your work day.

We had a event at that place yesterday only we know there are exhibition.. Pathetic HR ADMIN WORK.. VERY DISRESPECT FULL THEY WERE RUNNING FROM us taking our money 0%marketing by team... Bekar management and corporates rules.. They should lern from upgard to upgrade there self very disappointed... No one take responsibility huuuujjj..

The building is fine. But the location is pathetic. Marol is super conjusted and in peak office hours its a mess.if you are someone who is planning to get your vehicle to reach this building. Please dont come.

You get best coffee here through Chaipoint, washroom are not clean at all n stinks most of the time. Compare to we work or other work places this is very average.

Very advanced work place, from cafeteria to restroom everything is clean and tidy. Staff and security are polite and respectful, ensuring the hygiene remains through out the day.
