We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a strong understanding of architectural and interior principles, and the ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to projects. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals. We currently have an opening for an Architect and Interior Designer in our Mumbai Office (Dombivili). Smartscale House Design offers a hybrid working model in Mumbai - 2 days in the office, 4 days working from home. Our work hours are Monday - Saturday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours. Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Working on architectural and interior designing 2. The candidate will be managing a team of designers. He/she has to work closely with designers and get designs ready as per the client's scope 3. Project coordination with principal designer on the designs Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design Proven experience of 2 years or more in architectural and interior design projects Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Vray Knowledge of building codes and regulations Strong creativity and design skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines Attention to detail and ability to multitask Language must - English, Hindi, and Marathi Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Application Question(s): What is your undergrad degree?
