Your responsibilities will encompass all project phases—from concept development to final execution—across residential sectors. Key Responsibilities: Design Development : Assist in creating architectural and interior design concepts, including mood boards, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings. Software Proficiency : Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop for design and visualization. Client Interaction : Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals effectively. Project Coordination : Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Site Visits : Conduct site assessments to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Documentation : Prepare construction documents, specifications, and manage project files and records. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution. Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD (Preferred, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
