Key Responsibilities: · Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for promoting our Skilling Initiatives · Support content creation: Social Media Posts, Emails, Community Engagement · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies · Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to align brand messaging · Manage and track engagement analytics and help optimize marketing performance · Help in organizing webinars, workshops, and virtual career events · Support email marketing campaigns and outreach · Maintain a clear documentation of the marketing activities, status & its impact Required Skills & Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business or related fields Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts Creative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment · A creative mindset with an eye for detail and possess the ability to learn & adapt. · Self-motivated and willing to work from the office in Hyderabad.
