skylinkfiber has unlocked new business idea. Bill a customer for broadband+OTT services. Provide them for initial period. Stop ott without communication. But collect the entire amount. They won't communicate the disconnect of ott, won't refund the extra amount, won't compensate when customer finds it and ask for support.

I should have checked the review before booking, professional looters. They say the network is available and get the money. But never provide the service. Even refund they say 15 days time despite their mistake. Sales team follows up until they get money later that worst response. They are ready to face any complaints. Worst sales team

Its been 10 months and every week following up for a hotstar subscription renewal, they never respond in any forum, including email, ticket or customer care, worst service ever.

Useless , they will tell ott packages included but every month you have to call and inform to renew it , that too will be renewed after 3 to 5 days only

I was facing frequent disconnect. Poor customer service. When raising complaint, from customer care head office coimbatore, Mr. Franklin spoke very rudely, and asking to close the service. I don't know where to contact and raise the complainy.They are giving poor service. Don't recommend it
