Role Overview: As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, insightful, and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and analytics products. Working closely with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, you will deliver visual solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, or Google Data Studio. - Develop visually appealing reports that communicate key insights to business stakeholders. - Ensure dashboards are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives. - Translate raw and complex datasets into meaningful narratives. - Apply best practices in data visualization to ensure clarity, usability, and accuracy. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights, anomalies, and trends. - Collaborate with analysts to refine data metrics, KPIs, and business logic. - Work with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. - Validate data sources and perform quality checks for dashboards and reports. - Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Design, or related field. - 5 years of experience in BI, data visualization, analytics, or dashboard development. - Strong proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.). - Understanding of SQL; familiarity with Python/R is a bonus. - Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, and design sense. - Knowledge of UI/UX principles for visual analytics. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.,
