Company Description Sky Social is a youth-led organization dedicated to advocating for women and child rights while working to prevent gender-based violence. We collaborate with government departments such as Women and Child Development and the Ministry of Urban Development to conduct Gender Sensitization workshops. As a proud NGO partner with UNICEF, we run the Youth for Children program, mobilizing young people across Madhya Pradesh to champion child rights. Our mission is to integrate gender perspectives into policies and initiatives to promote equality and combat discrimination in all forms. Role Description This is an on-site role based in Damoh for a Mental Health Awareness Trainer. The Mental Health Awareness Trainer will design and conduct training programs to promote mental health awareness, addressing stigma and fostering emotional well-being in the community. Responsibilities include developing training materials, delivering workshops to diverse groups, engaging with stakeholders, and organizing community outreach initiatives. Reporting and evaluating the impact of training sessions is also an essential part of this role. Qualifications Experience in training, public speaking, and designing workshops Knowledge of mental health topics, emotional well-being, and community-based health approaches Skills in effective communication, interpersonal relationship building, and stakeholder engagement Excellent organizational, research, and time management abilities Familiarity with social work, psychology, or related fields is a plus Proficiency in local and regional languages will be an advantage Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, mental health, or a related discipline preferred
