Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer of CO2, located in Jaipur. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of CO2 laser machines. The role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring the optimal performance of machinery. The candidate will act as a key contact for customers, addressing inquiries and delivering solutions to meet their operational needs. Qualifications Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues effectively with strong problem-solving skills Experience in providing field service and operational support for machinery and equipment Proficiency in maintenance and repair of CO2 laser machines or other CNC equipment Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields Knowledge of safety standards and practices for machine operation and repair Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and travel to client locations as required Prior experience in the CNC manufacturing industry is an added advantage
