Job Overview: We're hiring a passionate Trainer with deep knowledge in: MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) AWS Cloud Services DevOps Tools & Practices Serverless Framework You will deliver engaging, project-based training that prepares learners for real-world success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct hands-on, in-person training sessions at our Pune office. Develop course content, practical labs, and real-time projects. Mentor and guide learners through complex technical concepts. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends. Track and evaluate learner performance. Required Skills: 4+ years of industry or training experience. Expert in MERN Stack development. Strong experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, RDS, etc.). Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD, Kubernetes). Working knowledge of the Serverless Framework. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Prior teaching/training experience is a strong plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (AWS, DevOps, etc.) are a plus.
