Role Description Fashion Designer (Freelance) We're seeking a talented Freelance Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team on a project basis. You'll bring fresh ideas to our collections, focusing on innovative designs that blend style, comfort, and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Create original design concepts, sketches, and technical flats for apparel and accessories. Develop and produce prototypes/samples using industry-standard techniques and materials. Collaborate with production teams to refine designs, select fabrics, and ensure quality from concept to sample stage. Conduct trend research and mood board creation to align with brand vision. Revise designs based on feedback and prepare for production handoff. Requirements: 2-3 years of professional experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. Proven ability to make high-quality samples/prototypes independently. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D). Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and sustainable practices preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced freelance environment.
