As a Clinic Manager at Skinnovation studio Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and customer service aspects of a clinic. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of service, drive sales and business growth, and maintain Kaya's reputation for quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Business Operations & Performance * Meet or exceed sales & revenue targets for the clinic. * Drive business development & customer service initiatives. * Monitor financial performance: collections, expenses, budget adherence. * Ensure compliance with Kaya's standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Manage inventory (products, consumables), billing, and asset utilization. - Customer Service & Experience * Ensure excellent client service & high satisfaction levels. * Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate when required. * Oversee client counseling, conversions, and client retention efforts. - Team Management * Recruit, train, and mentor clinic staff (therapists, front desk, coordinators, etc.). * Set targets for individuals & team, monitor performance. * Ensure adherence to discipline, attendance, conduct, and Kaya values. - Process, Quality & Compliance * Ensure clinic follows hygiene, safety, and regulatory norms. * Maintain customer records & data as per guidelines. * Conduct or support audits (process, mystery audit score, service audit). - Reporting & Coordination * Provide regular reports on sales, performance, customer feedback, and staff metrics to regional/head office. * Coordinate with marketing / promotions for campaigns at the clinic. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. - Experience: Typically 4+ years in customer service / sales roles, preferably in beauty / skincare / healthcare / clinic settings. - Strong interpersonal & leadership skills. - Good understanding of sales metrics and revenue management. - Excellent customer focus and problem-solving ability. - Comfort with targets, KPIs, and performance management.
